All returns must by requested within 10-days of the receipt of your order. All returns must be in new condition as shipped and unused. We accept the following return options:
If you received a defective or damaged part, you may return it for an exchange or full credit towards another purchase within 10-days of receipt.
All returns or exchanges must have an authorization number issued by our customer service department.

If you ordered the incorrect part or are dissatisfied with the part(s), your options are:
- Return the item for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Request an exchange. You will be charged a $5 handling fee. The original shipping and return costs are non refundable.
- Request an in store credit. You will be charged a $5 handling fee. In store credits will not go towards shipping.
Special/Custom orders and electrical parts are neither returnable nor refundable. All parts come with a full manufactures warranty.
If you received an offer for Free Shipping and decide to return the part for ANY reason, you will be charged for the initial freight and the return freight. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged to your credit card.
Any used part will not be accepted as a return and will be returned to you at your expense.

If we decide to authorize a return after 10-days, you may only request an "exchange" for the part. Please complete our return form. Once the return for exchange is submitted and authorized by us, we will process the new order for you. You will receive a new order confirmation once the new order has shipped. Once you receive your return authorization number and the return address, please follow the shipping directions. Once the warehouse has received the returned part, your credit card will be credited accordingly.
